They took time to visit the venue and have extensive conversations about the music style, age mix of the audience and ‘first’ and ‘last dance’. On the night, Garvan was very professional, punctual and played a superb selection of music to people with very different tastes. Unlike other DJ’s he played the music at a suitable level and did not spent the whole night on the microphone. He was so good that we had to ask him to stay on for an extra hour – he duly obliged!
